Reflecting on Veterans Day: A Message from the Sawgrass Foundation
There are 22 staff or staff family members presently scheduled for scholarships in the coming semester and have recently supported 5 staff members in specific cases of hardship.
Fall Foundation Update to the Membership
You should know that this summer we began direct assistance to cases of hardship. We have already assisted with medical expenses in several cases where insurance limits have been exceeded.
Summer 2022 Foundation Update to Membership
Our scholarships to the staff are a very positively received benefit. We are planning to support 15 employees, or their immediate dependents in the autumn semester. Thank you for your generosity allowing this to happen.
Spring 2022 Membership Update
We have 12 students scheduled for Spring/Summer classes and expect this to grow in the Fall.

We hope you had a wonderful Holiday weekend! The year is half over, and we are, more or less, out of the pandemic doldrums. And the Foundation is now in the second year of operations – helping our staff achieve their academic dreams.
April 2021 Foundation Letter to Membership
We have 10 approved scholars at present and should have a total of 13 for the Fall semester. We expect more to apply as the program expands. Thank you for your generosity, which makes all this possible.

We all love the Club, but it would be an empty shell without the staff to make it fun and enjoyable. So please celebrate them this Labor Day.

A Note from the Sawgrass Foundation
A resounding thank you to the more than 250 members who, in the short 2 and ½ months of our existence, have opened their hearts and their purses to our charity, donating over $70,000 and more still coming in.
Sawgrass Foundation Announces Initial Round of Stipends
Over 225 Members have contributed thus far to our Foundation, and over $28,000 are being disbursed for crisis relief. Your generosity has been amazing allowing us to collect these funds and distribute them in only about 5 weeks time.
